As of today, 12/03/12, Figures In Comfort are now offering free postage on orders over £40 in value to UK addresses. This offer excludes orders containing any of our aerosol products as these will still have to be sent by courier as special packages. The one thing we have been guilty of, is not keeping an updated Show List and you, the customers, have not been slow in telling us. With the updated website, we have an easier ability to keep this as up to date as possible and you will now see the list for the remainder of this year, followed by a list of planned shows for next year. If you look at the tray selections in the website you will see tray numbers followed by a letter suffix. The letter suffix is to denote the depth of the tray as we now offer most of our trays in a range of depths. A = 25mm deep cut-outs, B for 40mm deep, C= 60mm deep and D denotes 95mm deep cutouts on the tray. The overall depth of the tray is denoted in the descriptions. Hopefully you will by now have noticed some of the changes we are carrying out on the website. This is in line with the change in the way we are offering our foam tray selection for sale. The changes include new categories in the catalogue section, some changes to the tray wizard when buying cases and indeed an added function to allow more regular updates and posts from the company. Unfortunately we have to announce that we have had to increase a postal rate. Due to the Royal Mail policy of not handling dangerous goods through normal postal channels, we have had to move to a courier service for delivery of aerosol products. The courier also requires to treat these deliveries as Hazardous/Dangerous Goods and therefore charges a premium rate to deliver these products. This means that any aerosol products ordered online will be charged a flat rate of £8.50 for P&P The advantage to this is that the order will be delivered by overnight delivery.
