Well the first complete year of trading on the show circuit has past with the last week-end of March and our second show at Salute which we have just attended.

During the last year we have achieved many of the goals we set out for and some that we did not anticipate!

We now have a new business address at:- Figures In Comfort Ltd, Unit 10, Woodgate Way South, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 4PF, Tel: 01592 631596

And on the website Bredon Web have developed the Foam Tray Wizard that helps the customer to select the correct trays required for each case purchase.

We have designed some new trays, Tray Q1a has been redesigned to hold 21 figures in a quarter size tray. Tray 64 has been designed with Pete Berry at Baccus to hold 6mm armies based to the Polemus system.

In terms of cases, we have designed the new Maxi case in line with customer feedback and this has proved to be a great success so far. We also developed the Company box that used to be produced in cardboard but have developed it in Corex (3mm corrugated plastic) to provide a durable and rigid storage box for up to 4 trays.

Of course, one of the biggest goals to be met this year was our link up with Litko, making us the biggest retailer of Litko products in the UK and Western Europe. We hope to be able to reduce the delivery times and delivery costs for customers of Litko.

What are the aims for next year? Well we will be announcing an exciting new partnership with a retailer very shortly. We are looking at redesigning another couple of our cases. We are considering some different trays designs, one of which we are trying to develop to hold 1/1200 Age of Sail vessels which I am especially looking forward to!

My wife and I are still enjoying running Figures In Comfort and I am especially enjoying the show circuit with my business colleague Kevin Walters, who Lorraine and I would like to especially thank for his efforts over the past year.
